Ceremony: 1900-2000
Uniform (Military):
-Dress Blue "A," Service "A," or Service-level equivalent.
Dress Attire (Civilian)
-Formal Black Tie/Evening Dress.

-Grilled chicken with lemon and roasted garlic cream sauce
-Salmon with lemon caper and dill butter sauce
